The launch of a partnership agreement with a leading UK ophthalmic equipment distributor in April 2009 heralded Veritek’s move into service provision for the Optometry sector.

The partnership agreement included the transfer of a highly experienced field engineering team into Veritek ensuring a continuation of service to customers. The transferred engineer team was enhanced by our existing large network of highly skilled, flexible engineers backed by an award winning ISO 9001-2008 accredited support structure.

Veritek now offers a range of onsite preventative maintenance and breakdown services, augmented by a comprehensive spare parts supply chain and full repair centre swap out facility.
